Two months ago, I was honored to be appointed as a Forward Volunteer Ambassador for the McKinsey.org Forward program.
Yesterday, I had the privilege of serving as a panelist for the Forward Welcome Webinar. It was an inspiring experience to engage with a global cohort of over 5,000 new learners. The sheer scale of the event and the diversity of participants from around the world underscore the initiative's incredible reach.
During the session, I shared insights into my own professional development journey, focusing on:
- Impactful Skillsets: Identifying the specific Forward program competencies that have most significantly influenced my career trajectory.
- Knowledge Application: Sharing my methodology for maintaining momentum and effectively integrating new learnings into practice.
- Strategic Advice: Offering actionable guidance to help incoming learners maximize the value of the program.
Sharing knowledge on a global stage is incredibly rewarding. I look forward to seeing the impact this new cohort will make.

أمس، كنت متحدثًا في اللقاء الترحيبي للمتعلمين الجدد في البرنامج، والذي بلغ عددهم 5 آلاف من دول مختلفة.
شاركت تجربتي لتحفيزهم على الاستفادة من البرنامج بأكبر قدر ممكن، وقد ذكرت هذه النقاط:
- المهارة التي تعلمتها من البرنامج وكان لها الأثر الأكبر في حياتي.
- الطريقة التي طبقت فيها المعارف التي كسبتها من البرنامج.
- نصيحة عملية للاستفادة من البرنامج.
كان تفاعل الحضور مثلجًا للصدر، وكان حماسهم جليًا، فقد تواصل معي أكثر من 40 متعلم على حساباتي في مختلف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لإعجابهم بما قدمته لهم في اللقاء.
جميل أن يكون لديك علم، والأجمل من ذلك أن تشاركه وتفيد الناس به.
